Garden Grove police have identified an Anaheim pedestrian who died on Sunday after he was hit by a car on Orangewood Avenue. The man, 25-year-old Henry Franco Jr., was found lying in the middle of the street at around two in the morning. The driver, unfortunately, fled the Orange County, California car accident scene. A number of motor vehicle parts were discovered on the road, but so far, there are no witnesses.
