About 7,150,000 Fisher Price Trikes and Tough Trikes toddler tricycles: Genital bleeding and other serious injuries can result if a child falls, strikes, or sits on the plastic ignition key, which protrudes from the tricycle. There have been 10 reports of injury incidents. Six of the kids that got hurt were female toddlers.
Nearly 3 million Fisher-Price Infant Toys with Inflatable Balls: If the valve on one of the inflatable balls comes off, it can pose a choking hazard risk. There have been reports of over 46 such incidents. In 14 cases, the valve was found in a child's mouth. There were three reports of a child starting to choke. Recalled toys with this hazard include:

More than 1 million Fisher Price High chairs: Falling against or on the pegs on the chair's rear legs can cause injury to a child. The pegs are used for tray storage. There have been 14 reports of incidents. Seven cases involved kids needing stitches. One incident involved a tooth injury.
Fisher-Price Little People Wheelies Stand 'n Play Rampway: If the wheels on the cars come off, they can become a choking hazard. No injuries have been reported so far.
